Bring plans you already have, start with one of ours and reshape it, or develop the home around a specific vision. A fully custom build gives you the greatest flexibility over layout, architecture, finishes, and how the home responds to the property.

The lot is part of the design from the beginning. Views, slope, access, drainage, outdoor spaces, and the way you want to live all help shape the final plan.

Our plans give you a place to begin without starting from scratch. Because we have built them before, we know how they go together, where they can be changed, and how those changes affect the cost of the home.

Choose a plan that is close to what you have in mind, then work with us to adapt it to your family, your lot, and your budget. Rooms can be reworked, porches extended, kitchens changed, and other features adjusted before the final design and price are set.

Freedom Series homes are stick-built on your lot using set floor plans, curated finish selections, and a streamlined build process. The structure stays fixed, which reduces design work and helps keep pricing predictable.

Current home pricing ranges from the high $190s into the low $300s, before land, well, septic, and site work.
