If there is one thing that separates Ellis Custom Homes from other builders, it’s our selection centers and all that it does for our customers.
Our selection centers allows you to choose everything that goes into your new home, all in one place. It’s not only convenient, but also helps avoid common surprises, and gives us the ability to provide customers with prices up front – prices that we honor, no matter what. This makes the process of building as easy and smooth as possible. There is no need to worry about allowances or visiting a long list of vendors – you’ll find everything you need right in our showroom.
Within our selection center, you can see, feel, compare and coordinate the different styles and colors for the items that go into your new home. Below is a list of what you can expect to find.
Cabinets | Countertops
All our standard builds include solid wood custom-built cabinets in dozens of styles and finishes. They also include all the “bells and whistles” like soft close doors and drawers, furniture crown molding and full depth refrigerator cabinets.
There is also a full selection of granite countertops, which are standard in all our kitchens and baths, in a wide variety of colors and edges at no extra cost.
The Freedom Series specifications will differ. Please refer to that page to see how: Freedom Series.
Flooring
Your new home will come standard with luxury vinyl plank tile throughout home, unless otherwise specified in the plan.
Lighting Fixtures
Lighting fixtures in our homes are all Progress brand and available in a variety of styles and finishes. Progress lighting offers a warranty 4 times longer than their competition.
Faucets
Each selection center has a full display of Moen faucets that come standard in every Ellis home. Why Moen? They offer one of the best warranties in the business, which provides you coverage for as long as you live in the home.
Siding | Shingles | Brick & Stone
Our standard plans come with Certainteed siding and you’ll find a wide selection of colors to choose from. Being thicker than more typical siding, it allows us to offer those deep craftsman style colors without having to charge an upgrade fee. Freedom Series will use a premium siding as standard.
Certainteed Limited Lifetime Warranty Architectural shingles come standard and we offer a wide selection.
Additionally, some of our homes come standard with brick or stone and we offer a variety of styles and colors.
