Where We Build
We build custom homes throughout the Smith Mountain Lake region, primarily in Bedford, Franklin, and parts of Pittsylvania counties, including communities such as Bedford, Boones Mill, Hardy, Moneta, and Rocky Mount.
Before you commit to a lot, we offer a free lot evaluation, whether you already own the property or are still considering one. It is a good way to understand what the site may require and how it could affect your plans and budget before you move forward.
The Freedom Series goes farther
The Freedom Series is available across a broader service area, including Roanoke and parts of Henry and Botetourt counties.
Its set plans, streamlined selections, and simpler build process allow us to offer these homes farther from our traditional Smith Mountain Lake service area.
If you own land, have a lot in mind, or are still looking, it is worth talking with us early. The Freedom Series may make building a new home more attainable than you expect.
Just outside the area?
Reach out anyway. Depending on the location and the home you want to build, it may still be within our range.
